Supervisor Michael D. Hovde, Jr. announces that Township Services will continue during the COVID-19 crisis.

Township services, such as Meals on Wheels and Food Pantry distribution via drive up shall continue. Youth Counseling, General and Emergency Assistance, and general inquiries will be handled by telephone or email.

1. The following buildings shall be closed to the public:
a. Township Supervisor building 123 N. Rosedale Ave, Bloomingdale, IL 60108
b. General Assistance / Food Pantry building, 123 N. Rosedale Ave, Annex building, Bloomingdale, IL 60108
c. Senior Center building, 6N050 Rosedale Ave, Bloomingdale, IL 60108

Supervisor Hovde stated "Bloomingdale Township will not abandon our most vulnerable residents during these extraordinary times.  We are fully committed to continuing to serve the home bound,  the elderly, the food insecure, and those with mental health issues during this crisis.  While we are performing services in alternative ways, and are taking steps to limit the spread of COVID-19, including working remotely, we will continue to serve those who need these essential services during this crisis."
