2019 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The DuPage Community Development Commission presents the draft Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs. This report summarizes the accomplishments of these programs for the period of April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
A virtual public hearing to obtain input for the 2019 CAPER will be held as follows:
Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
Information on accessing a link to the virtual public hearing meeting will be posted on the DuPage County Community Development Commission Public Hearing webpage: https://www.dupageco.org/Community_Services/Community_Development_Commission/62903/
The location of the public hearing is accessible to people with disabilities. Anyone requiring special accommodation should contact the Community Development Commission office at (630) 407-6600.
The draft document can be viewed starting August 28, 2020 on DuPage County’s Community Development Commission website:

County Farm Road, Room 2-800, Wheaton, Illinois, 60187. The comment period for the 2019 CAPER will run from August 31, 2020 through September 14, 2020. Comments by interested citizens and organizations can be made in writing via mail to 421 N.
