Bloomingdale Township Clerk - Fran Scalafini

Fran and her family have been Township residents since 1962. She has devoted much of her time volunteering on various citizen committees throughout the Township, such as the Leukemia Society, Glen Ellyn Abused Women and Children’s Foundation, Glen Oaks Hospital, and Citizens Police Academy. Most recently as Fire Commissioner for Bloomingdale Fire Protection District 1 and Vice-President of Rosedale Estates Home Owner’s Association. Her efforts have earned her both the Illinois Woman of Achievement Award and AARP/Illinois Citizenship Award. She is a member of Roselle, Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, Carol Stream and Hanover Park Chamber of Commerce. Fran served as a Township Trustee from 2001 until her election to Town Clerk in 2009.
